Alex is a multinational early-stage investor, entrepreneur, and philanthropist with over 14 years of experience in venture capital, financial services, and real estate. He brings with him deep functional knowledge across multiple product verticals and geographic markets within each of these industries.
Prior to joining Aera, Alex held senior positions in the structured finance divisions of several prominent European and Australian banks, including DeutscheBank London, Australia National Bank, and CitiBank London.
In 2018 Alex invested in Auticon, a global IT consulting company strictly employing people on the autism spectrum, playing a pivotal role in helping the company expand into the US.
Alex is a strong supporter of positive transformational change and is using his passion for climate, mental health, and education to help Aera build a community of people making the world a better place.
